The Field Sales Manager, reporting to the Director of Sales, will be responsible to drive the growth on the Automotive accounts in Europe.

Job Description:

Secure existing projects and drive revenue growth in Europe
Define and implement strategies for acquiring new customers
Manage and drive FAE/FAE’s and the support activities in coordination with Marketing and Development Team
Understand European Automotive market by market segments
Regularly meet with the Key Accounts and join visits with other Team members when needed
Define pricing strategies using a value selling approach understanding competition
Write and present presentations to customers and PI Management
Provide accurate monthly and quarterly forecast for the territory and key accounts
This is a customer facing role, regular travel is required
Requirements:Degree in Engineering or Business
Bachelors with 8 years of experience or Masters with 5 years of experience
Experience in a similar role in the Sales of technical products
Experience in the Automotive Industry
Demonstrable history of success
Languages: Fluent in German and English, spoken and written, required
Any further European language is a plus
Valid European driving license
